The People's Republic of 9b9t, often shortened as PR9b, is a general-purpose chat server founded by Voisardian and later operated by fiverZ1998 and Team Nemesis, founded on July 8th, 2017 as a freer alternative to Pooblic[3], in response to the allegedly unfair mute of fiverZ1998.
