The 9b9t World Border Is Consisted of three, the Overworld, End, and Nether.

Overworld

The overworld is the most easy world border, because of the nether, you can easily get there.

In the nether, you travel 8 blocks in the overworld, which is why the nether is used as easy travel to the world border.

There are plenty of bases at the world border, such as Jeff Island, and Rigabase II

The End

Now the end is much harder, considering that you might need packetfly, but many have already done it before,

The end is made of islands, Making it slightly easier to use the islands just in case if you are about to fall down.

Don't waste fireworks!!!

Nether

The Nether is much harder, considering that you don't use the overworld for help.
